"Radical" Russ Belville is the host of The Russ Belville Show on XM Satellite's Air America channel, an information technology trainer and consultant, and the Associate Director of Oregon NORML. He is also a longtime blogger and commentator and community activist. He and his wife live in Portland, Oregon, with their two dogs and two cats.
